I think it would help streamers get noticed and maybe even gain a few followers and viewing from the server.

I'd say they get the same perks as vip, but that is obviously up to you guys.

We already have a Discord role for those who actively stream our servers. Having something that requires such intervention to monitor a content creators broadcasts is too taxing and offers very little in return.

For exposure, you're free to post your stream once every 24 hours on our Discord in #general.
