Reason: Multiple instances of theft from another players PumpJacks and Quarries

Evidence: Player has been on the server for two wipes and would be familiar with the no theft and no stealing rules. Player had been acting suspiciously around other players bases that contained pumpjacks and quarries, had also placed sleeping beds down in very close proximity to said pumpjacks and quarries that did not belong to them. Looter logs show that this player had accessed another players pumpjacks and quarries. The player to whom the pumpjacks and quarries belonged to said that earlier in game, crude, stone and HQM were stolen, which is why he surrounded his pumpjacks and quarries with protective TCs. The player to whom the crude, stone and HQM were stolen from, confirmed they were not in-game friends or in an in-game team.
