Stealing from players, and not abiding by server rules.

Granted this is more of a formality than a rule, he stole the entire daily drop from me, when I was there first, ignoring the "Dont be greedy" line. Not egregious, but a dick move. However, once I called him out, numerous players started saying how hes been stealing helis and other items from them.

Yesterday he stole my heli right in front of me while talking salty on voice chat in-game. First blocking it a few minutes with seating in it while trashtalking, then flew away.
