investigating Remove fire/cool down from bradley

Hi all,

I understand on PvP having to wait after killing bradley to be able to loot the crates servers a purpose, it forces the player to protect their position from counters.   However, I'm not sure it's useful on PvE other than slowing players down.

Just a thought, not even sure if it's possible to remove it.

The reason we kept the timer is to allow players who participated enough time to get to the crash site and secure the loot. Not having the timer would allow anyone to run up and take all the loot likely before the actual participants got there.

Once I'm able to find a logical approach to locking the crates to said players I will be keeping the cool down.
