Reason: Toxic and Stealing players heli loot

While observing this player he was constantly being derivative and belittling towards another player on the server. Claiming that the player needed  the admins to protect him and baby him. Also constantly asking who to suck off to get a diff color name. These actions provoked a temp ban to hopefully teach  å®è´å°¤è¾¾ a lesson. After temp ban was in place it was found this player was responsible for  theft. Temp ban became a perm at this point to give  å®è´å°¤è¾¾ a opportunity to explain their actions.
