I do agree that quarries deserved a nerf because they were producing way to many mats. But since pumpjacks output 1 crude oil per low grade, I think pumpjacks should be allowed to be upgraded to lvl 10 to reduce the amount of them placed in the world. This was done to keep it as performant as possible. There's not too many people who purchase that many pumpjacks so as of right now the cap will remain. If I see a demand for it I will reconsider.
