investigating Remove Watergun's ability to put out fire

Hi Death!

I would very much like to see the ability to put out camp fires, Fireplaces, BBQs, Furnaces and Refineries with water guns removed. It's a problem when someone who isn't in your team can turn off furnaces and refineries of someone else just by squirting it with a water gun, as it disrupts production.
