More Info (Optional): Destroyed 4 vehicles and 2 mini's that didnt belong to him at a base that was not his with a rocket launcher and guns after launcher was taken away. Any attempt to talk to him was met with extreme disrespect, disregard and foul language. after removing him away from where he was causing trouble I again tried to talk to him to no avail.
