More Info (Optional): After a verbal warning of the rules when I witnessed the player looting a sleeper. Then a console warn after he was taking items from players bases. Knowingly taking over a players base and laughing in VC about stealing the others persons base after reading the PSA about taking over player bases this player earned a perm. ban. They continued to build, lock and laugh about what him and his friends have done showing no remorse for actions done and no regard for the players or serve rules.
