Reason: Has full raided a base due to windows being open and taken most items out of it. After this he proceeded to take over all the key locks, took over the TC and also locked in the original player in a 2x1 foundation space the player couldn't get out of. Removed tiles within a base and build inside and also stole most items and took them to his own base.
