Reason: Was banned for looting bases, has done so yesterday as well and was warned for it. However today it turned out he has raided someone's base again and stolen items from their large furnace, their oil refinery and their body (Heavy scientist suit). This was all inside a building locked behind doors so somehow he got in and took items out.
