Racism is not tolerated on this server and it say so in the rules as well. 
Writing a simple note like this like you have done I won't condone. Maybe if you put more information in this ban appeal I would think twice about it.

Please rewrite a ticket within a month from now and see if you can make your actions seem more reasonable.
