More Info (optional):  Player was warned for looting sleepers and advised of the server rules. 30 minutes later they looted 2 more sleepers and when I popped in to talk with them they kept running back to continue looting and then would run away ignoring me. This was repeated twice, with the same sleepers, leaving me no choice but to ban.
