More Info (optional):  Player has been repeatedly warned for various things and advised to review the rules. During their warning I issued on 2/6/2021 they were informed that they were on their last chance and any further infractions would result in a permanent removal from the server.

Since wiped happened yesterday the players teammate has been having disagreements with their neighbor. I offered advice to them that they chose not to take. Today they helped their teammate spam traps around the neighbors base and try to harass them, this was witnessed by two admins. After the neighbor spoke out in chat, admins watched them try to quickly remove them.

Taking into consideration the players past warnings and having spoken to them less than a month ago about being on thin ice, a ban was implemented.

I was not the guy to remove noir i was talking to "Pam" that day I have no control over her I was about to post a ban report cause when we build the base He started added more tc's around the back of my base so we can't do anything

Yes I was placing a Reforce Barb wire to my window to stop people stealing from my furnces

That is what you were doing at the time the ban was implemented, yes. You and your teammate were doing the actions mentioned in the report at 7:40-7:50 PM EST. Again, we watched you both place and remove spammed traps and then proceed to creep outside of the window to listen to their conversations.
