Reason: After having been caught stealing again within the Rust Pure server he received a third warning. Due to some language barriers I believe that he did not understand, sadly enough I together with the help of someone else was able to inform him enough that stealing is not allowed. Due to this I've lowered the ban to 7 days rather than 30.
