Is it possible for an an admin to take resources out of my base and put them in tc so my base doesnt decay while im on my 3 day ban

This is not something admins are meant to do. I do understand your frustration, but the answer is no.

If you have code locks  and a friend you can trust, that's an alternative. In the end, that is your decision and we have no part in that.

Just as a side observation. It is in no way appropriate to go behind one person's back,  who said no, and beg another who then does so because they simply didn't see this thread. 
No means no.  It does not mean ask someone else.
