Reason: Stealing, ignoring admins, entering player base immediately after being kicked for theft
More Info: Player logged in and immediately went to a player base and started looting everything they could. Admin appeared and told them not to and they ignored the admin and just ran around in circles. I kicked the player for theft and moved them to a Sleeper Pod. Player logged back in had the rules again read to him by myself - which he acknowledged with a laugh and ran off. Player was then seen jumping into a base through an open window.

For not having any intention at all of following the rules the player was issued a permanent ban.
