can i appel to a ban issued by kuss 5 min ago on rustez pure

the ban states that i was looting when i in fact did not.

maybe there was a reason to ban me (because i walked into someones house ? the door was open so it wasnt obvious i shouldnt) but i don't clearly see what that is ..

im not arguing with you, we have rules on the server, the rules are started in the server description then it says type /rules at the end of it

what you did was go into a pve server, act a fool, break the rules, disrespect the admins, be toxic

i was the visable admin, there were others there invis

there are other servers you might like, i usually play on rustopia i think that would be a good server for you

I have reviewed your ban and investigated your actions and behavior while you were on our server.

The conversation you posted was initiated by you towards our admin just after 12am which ended in you telling him "you suck bro" We at RustEZ do not make it a mission to ban players for no infractions. In the short time you were on our server you displayed not only disrespectful behavior towards our staff and players but your conduct on our server was to break the rules or try to skirt the rules to see if you would be "autobanned/banned"

You were harassing a player after they requested that you to stop but you refused to stop shooting because it wasn't doing damage. One of the other rules we enforce and take very seriously on our servers is player harassment/griefing. That is not tolerated on any of our servers. 

You were told by numerous players that entering bases was against the rules. You knew that it was and continued to do it and look for other bases to get into. After a thorough review of the chat logs you clearly displayed knowledge that you were breaking the rules and were purposely trying to be a nuisance to incite and upset our populace with the play by play of what you were doing knowing it was against the rules and looking to be banned (ban baiting).

You were given a console warning from me to stop your toxic behavior and I informed you in that warning that Player/Admin disrespect will not be tolerated. Stealing of any kind is a bannable offence and entering a base through base exploits is a form of griefing and will also not be tolerated. After knowing this YOU chose to disregard the rules. Not listen to another admin (kyuss) When he was initiating a conversation with you. He did what was expected and kicked you from the server first to ensure you read our rules before re-joining and banned you after your continued disregard for the rules. Included is some of what our chat logs reflect minus some chatter in between.

Your ban will not be lifted at this time. 

I hope you find a server better suited to your play style with a player base that has the same game ideals for your type exploration as you do.
