More Info (Optional): He entered a base and He stole items I asked him to drop the items he took then he shot me with his bow. I asked him to stop he started laughing and them tried to hit me with his mace. would not listen at all. I was trying to explain the rules to him  He just disrespected me just kept on  laughing.  More evidence upon request.
