Appealing a ban : Toxicity 2:Electric Boogaloo

The tipping point for my ban was unjustified.
I was telling a child who admitted to getting constant panic attacks from rust to step away from the game. AKA @SlappyRequiem
He was suicidal and depressed because of the game and I got banned for telling him to step away from the game if it causes issues.
I told @Sic 85I would "Piss in his eye socket" because he was acting immature so I decided to play the same in rebuttal.

I was unfairly banned by @alexanightfire
I donated 200$ to this community to be treated like shit with double standards from the whole community.
I will take a lifetime chat ban in game if it means I am unbanned.

You were given a final verbal warning in Discord voice chat by an admin from your server (alexanightfire) and server owner @Death, which is one more chance than players  with this many warnings on their account get.    The ban action placed on your account is completely justified.

As noted in your original ban appeal, this ban is permanent and will not be lifted.

@AuroraThe call with @Deathwasn't even a warning. It was more "Stop being annoying lol"
He never used a serious tone once.
it was not even any type of warning what so ever and was never presented to me as a warning
