Reason: repeated stealing after being verbally and console warned.
More Info (Optional): Caught player in a base stealing i spoke with him on the rules then warned him. He wouldnt talk with me just ran away

i followed and watched him after a warning was sent. He entered a base and stole again ignoring me.
