Hi Fishy Pete,

Thank you for using the appeal process.

I have reviewed your appeal, and spoken to several other admins.

It is not acceptable to go into another player's base for any reason, unless you have been inivited. In the most recent incident, the base was not freely accessible, unless you consider boosting onto the roof as freely accessible. This behavior implies intent.

As you have already received 2 warnings on separate occasions for the exact same behaviour, and this is the third incident of you accessing another player's gear without permission, it shows that you have either not learnt your lesson, or do not intend to follow the server rules.

The ban will remain in place. I wish you best of luck in your future gaming.
