Reason: Continued player harrassment, disrespect and griefing.

Player was warned by 3 separate admins to move away from bases, stop going inside bases, stop mic spamming, political chat, shooting players with bow/arrows. Was advised multiple times to read the rules and ignored all directions to do so, after being muted player decided to write a note and drop them for the admins to read. Clearly had no intention to abide by the server rules so a permanent ban was implemented to stop player from disrupting others gameplay.
