i was wrongfully banned for " racism " when I did not say nor do anything of the sort. I have no past bans or accusations; I was not given the opportunity to explain my side of the story. I am simply on this server to learn how to farm and nothing else. why would I go around being Racist.  exactly I Wouldn't

Thank you for appealing. 

I received and reviewed video footage of you saying a racist slur out loud over voice chat towards another player at launch site earlier this evening. Upon reviewing this footage, I enacted an immediate permanent ban for racism, as we have a zero-tolerance policy on racism and racist slurs on RustEZ servers.

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. This includes over voice chat.

This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.

Additionally, this is also stated on Facepunch's Terms of Service.

I would like to see / hear this footage,  because I am not racist. You may have heard something but its not what I said. could my accent make it sounds like I said something I didn't 100%. and since you reviewed the footage it shouldn't be a problem to post it Here that way I can see the incriminating Evidence.  Why you didn't post the "Evidence " with your reply is Questionable @ best. so If i can hear the Audio of me saying something Racist I will Drop this matter otherwise I would like some one else to review this matter since your opinion can be biased as you were the one to Ban me in the first place with out even speaking with me/ letting me explain my side of what happened.

There is no requirement or need for admins to engage in conversations with players who are using racist language on our servers prior to placing a ban on the account. 

Videos and text of derogatory or racist language is not posted in our forums. The screenshot of the video below is so you are aware that it was captured and it resulted in your permanent ban from our servers. Regardless of your request for the evidence to be provided, the video and audio will not be posted.  If you have any further questions regarding the video evidence, you may contact me on Discord (Aurora#4203).

The use of an ethnic slur, followed by your "freedom of speech" expression, and then following that up with a slang variation in the 44 second video is painfully clear.  

You were correctly banned for racism.
