How to Play:
    There are 50 small stashes hidden in the concrete or asphalt at each Harbor monument.
    To find one, slowly walk in those areas while looking down.
    If you come across one, it will rise to the surface.
    Loot the blood from the small stash.
    Please leave empty stashes on the surface.
    Take the blood to either admin CC (P-6 or U-21) to redeem it for prizes from the vending machines.
    Players may continue to search until all 100 stashes are looted and redeemed.
