Hi, I cant remember exactly what I said, but I never was racist to anyone, and if I was, I have changed for a while now, maybe rust pvp servers were having a negative effect on me idk, but is it possible i can have a second chance? Sorry.

Racial slurs, such as what was used on your account on a note, are not welcome in any context. 
This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter. Additionally, this is also stated on Facepunch's Terms of Service.
