able to Ingame currency from farming trees/Nodes and maybe even barrels
i feel like it would make you gain more then just scrap and some components. Then you will be able too spend the Currency in the ingame store for some other stuff you maybe want.

do you mean like you'd get networth from hitting barrels (maybe) but for chopping down trees and nodes? a bit like you get networth from killing npc's? interesting

yes , when you break the barrels/trees and nodes you gain some networth like you do from killing Npc's

This sounds for me like Minecraft with MCMMO, when you hit a mob you'll get some money to spend on the auction house haha
