idea on cutting lag?

what if all ceiling lights were on by default? this would solve the huge lag spike for turning on a large some of lights on would cut back on electric  maybe enforcing a build limit or a limit on cars and horse's some kind of map reduction i do love the custom monuments i hope they stay any thing that can be done to limit lag or this next wipe anything to make it bearable after 7 days
