Raidable NPC-bases

Hi. I'm playing on EU Scourge PvE. This is my second suggestion.

Raidable NPC-bases. With diffrent levels. Green (easy), Yellow (medium) and color red (hard). Like some of them just randomly spawns, and you also can buy some with networth. 
This will benfit all the players on the server, something more to do and something fun.
