Hardcore Survival and/or Scourge Server

I keep envisioning Hardcore mode as a new way to get some of us "roleplayers" more immersed in the game.

With everything that Hardcore would take away it would give so much in return for a server that is PvE. I can see a monthly wipe schedule wherein we all come together to create the infrastructure to help each other navigate the world. (i.e. sign posts and spray painted map segments on high external walls or on foundations as a large map one could walk through. Take away the global chat, force us to rely on discord to communicate server issues. If one wants that global chat then use the discord. I have other thoughts on this as well but would appreciate some feedback and to hear from others on the subject. Thanks all!
