Reason: repeatedly building lag bases at quarries and failure to comply with server rules
More Info : Player was repeatedly warned for building large, empty bases at quarries every wipe to intentionally cause lag for other players. Player has refused to comply with server rules and acknowledge warnings, leading to a permanent ban.
