I'll use a computer randomized picker to select 4 lottery codes, and later that day at 9pm EST (1AM GMT) we will spin the last codes live on the server. The winner of the lottery will receive 100% of the pool including 100 scrap starter. The pool is vary in size and odds based on the number of tickets sold. For example: If 4 Tickets sold will have a chance of 1/4 to win with the pool being 900 scrap. If 40 tickets are sold the the pool will be 8100 scrap with a 1 in 40 chance to win. The winning code will be announced publicly and you will need to send me a private message with the confirmation code.
