More Info: I was informed to keep an eye on this player and that they had raided someone else's base previously. Later on I found that they were amongst a group of players that had looted someone, as you can see below in a screenshot. Just now I was helping a player who got their base destroyed by a raider when I saw twig build-up on a base. I investigated, and found only Vitaly's name on the boxes as well as them being the one who built the twig build-up.
