More Info (optional): Player has been advised numerous times regarding our camping monuments rule:

I found multiple players camping launch today and posted a PSA. Everyone left except TopCN. After a few moments I issued another warning for camping. They immediately acknowledged the warning and moved from camping inside the shack to camping on top of the shack. After a few moments they were still there so a temporary ban of 3 days was issued to hopefully curb the behavior.
