Player repeatedly shot another player with arrows upon spawning, then attempted to destroy the modular vehicle owned by the player they shot at.  The initial attempt was damage by weapon, then they attempted to "drown" the vehicle in a nearby river.  Given the player's previous warning and a later kick, both for player harassment, a permanent ban has now been issued.
