Player was told to leave another team's base and refused.  Admin intervention was required.  The player then re-entered the same team's base and a warning was issued.

Player then attempted to TC grief the team.  At this point, a kick was instated and the offending TC's removed.

Player came back and immediately resumed TC griefing.

Given all of these offenses, a permanent ban has been issued.
