Player built surrounding another player's base.  I attempted to ask the player to stop, and they refused.  A warning was issued, which the player ignored.  As a result, a kick was issued.

After returning, player entered the base of the player they built their wall around and refused to leave.  I also asked them to leave and they refused.

Given all of the above offenses, a permanent ban has been issued.
