Reason: Raiding/Looting

More Info: v0nyx alerted me to a base he found raided, and I teleported to investigate. I found twig build up in a building blocked area and was confused at first, though I quickly found that on the first floor it was possible to reach the tool cupboard through a barred/shuttered window. The thief got authorization, built up, and robbed the people within.
