I will pay to play here. Just imagine having everything automated and killing zombies with automations... But do not put pickle farm... Pj's to fuel your quarries, and quarries to make your ammo. To make it more fun turn explosive rounds a way to kill higher tier zombies... Make PJs and quarries available through the black market for 3000nw or have pj a little higher to make it a challenging start. People are still able to buy a PJ from the rust ez store or they can grind it out. For the no decay part I will let the people decide, and tbh with automations being a new thing in rust having decay on is better since you can now control how your mats can travel around your base.
