Player came onto the server and immediately started promoting another group of Rust servers.  A mute was issued.

Player proceeded to steal another player's horse.  A kick was issued, and player returned to the spawn area.

Player logged back on, went back to the horse & the horse's owner, and attempted to kill the horse.

Given the multiple infractions and no apparent intention of changing their ways, a permanent ban has been issued.  We wish you luck on your future Rust endeavors.
