unauthorized hobo protection

Since we already have the protection for lanterns, Chinese lanterns and tuna can lamps from those who are not authorized on tc or part of the team.

I was wondering if we could have that same protection added to the hobo barrels (on pure servers), they always add a very nice aesthetic touch to the outside of a base and the deterring factor has always been people can access them and consistently steal the wood, while it's not the worst thing in the world to lose out on the 1k wood, it would be nice to have the protection for it like the above items.
