US Pure Ban - Echo

Player was muted with the following console warning sent : "Player harassments and disrespect are against the rules of the server. Please type /rules in chat to familiarize yourself with the server rules. A Mute has been placed on your account to give yourself time to read the rules and become a part of our rule abiding community. You will be unmuted in 1 hour. TY"

Player started to harass players while his mute was still active following them around impacting their gameplay negatively on our servers on 2 separate occasions. 
A Final console warning was sent to the player informing them that stealing, raiding, harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Player informed that ANY further rule or policy infraction will lead to a ban on our servers.

After already receiving 2 warnings and while their mute was still active they accessed a players base; Authorized on the players TC and stole items from within the players base. 

Player then stole another players mini. 

Echo has been given every opportunity to adhere to the servers rules and policies but instead chose to continuously ignore the console warnings issued. 

Due to the multiple infractions within a short amount of time playing on our server and the complete disregard for the servers rules a permanent ban was placed.
