Make puzzles/monuments reset faster

I want to shoot more scientists but it takes so long for puzzles to reset and respawn enemies.  having monuments respawn faster would also be nice for when pop is low.

I can see your reason for this but I feel this would cause Monument camping to become more of a problem if this were to be done there should be enough monument/puzzles on the map to be able to go do others while they are resetting there is also on the modded servers the ability to call in things like the Heli and Bradley to shot at using your net worth
