Thanks for participating in our ban appeals process.

In the short time on our server you have been kicked and told in Russian "No stealing and to read the rules before rejoining."
The kick was sent in Russian to ensure there was no misunderstand.
You were sent 2 different warnings on separate occasions informing you of the server rules.

While I understand and appreciate that you are new to the server it is your responsibility to abide by the server rules and take the chances we gave you to play by those rules and remain a part of our RustEZ community.

Your ban will remain in place however I will change it from permanent to a temporary one that will expire on 04/11/2024 4:04 PM eastern.

Please understand that this will be your final chance to be a part of our community.

Please review the following rules and ask if you do not understand any or have any questions.

• No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
• No mic or chat spam, politics, player disrespect, racism or harassment.
• No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
• You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for players.
• No blocking waterways, building around monuments or large areas of land.

This is a one-time ban reversal. Any further rule infractions will lead to a permanent ban being reinstated on your account.
