Making Player Placed Recyclers More Industrial Friendly

I know Scourge only JUST got the storage adaptor/ability to industrialize and automate player placed Recyclers, but I have a small change/fix to propose to make them easier to set up. (eventually, I know there's other things being worked on that are more important)

Is it possible to make it so a conveyer with no filters wont pull from the input slot on the recycler and will only pull from the output slot? It would make it easier for sorting, and using the recycler for EVERYTHING and not just for smokes recycling. Because setting up a black list just DOESNT work, there will always be something that you cant set it to pull in but not instantly out before its recycled (FE: tech trash and metal pipes). It just makes the sorting process overcomplicated and in some aspects, literally impossible for multi use. 

I know the solution would be to just use a recycler for only smokes and another separate one for general scraping, but not everyone can have more than one. Also just turning off the conveyer causing it and manually adding to the recycler kind of defeats the purpose of automation to begin with. Just a small change idea. I ran into this issue while setting mine up today and didn't realize it until I was done. I sat with my teammate for about two hours trying to trouble shoot and we simply couldn't find a better solution. Also sorry if this isn't explained well.
