Reason: Raiding/Looting

More Info: I was flying around and found twig buildup, one going around a base and one outside a building covered zone that appeared to be trying to build up to jump in. I had decided that I would simply keep an eye on the player should they ever log back in, since they hadn't actually managed to rob anyone...or so I thought. Today I found that they did in fact manage to get into someone's base and loot it, and so I have taken preemptive measures and banned them so no one else gets robbed.
