This all happened in the space of 10 minutes.

tiktok spxcerust and his team mate shot and used explosives on a players car until it was broken and they looted the storage. The duo also stole engine parts from the car as the owner re-placed them into his car so he could drive his car away from them. I officalliy warned them for Stealing and Griefing and told them to type /rules in chat to see what rules they must abide by to play on the server. 

The duo started talking in childish voices at the player who was clearly not interested in hearing it and I asked them several times to leave the player alone and to go play the game but they wouldn't stop. The player had repaired his car and started to drive away from them. As soon as he started to leave the duo threw satchels at the car and shot it up a second time until it was broken so I immediately kicked both of them from the server to stop the attack with the warning to read the rules before rejoining, giving them one final chance to knock it off and play the game.

They rejoined the server, met up, and then went to a nearby garage base. They jumped over the saloon doors and went inside,  and as I was checking to see if this was thier base they jumped in the garage owners car and started smashing it into the walls.

In the short time I was watching them it was clear they were only here to cause harm and do damage so a permanent ban was issued.
