(US) Pure Ban- wall walker

Player built onto several bases and looted anything that wasn't locked down.  They were kicked to stop them from stealing a minicopter and sent a console warning to read our server rules.  

Shortly after the first warning the player built onto another base and received their second console warning with the addition that any further infractions would result in a ban on our server.  I also sent a PSA in chat that listed our server rules.

The player then utilized already placed netting to gain access to another player's roof where they stole items from their unlocked box.   It was very clear that this player had no intention of following our server rules given the quick time frame between warnings and continued stealing/griefing.
