Misconduct? For what exactly? I’ve always been a respectful player on this server, and now you’re banning me over my own shop? I never once claimed that a stash was a pumpjack. It was my shop, my items, my prices — and nobody was forced to buy anything. Players make their own choices.

Where is the rule that says I can’t list an item like a stash for 9999 scrap? Show me the rule, because I don’t see it anywhere. If it’s not written, how can you call it misconduct?

Why are you interfering in things that don’t even concern you? Since when is it against the rules to run a store the way I want? I didn’t scam anyone, I didn’t lie, and I didn’t force anyone’s hand. This ban feels completely unfair and makes no sense.

The rules are in place to keep the server civil and make it a safe spot for all players. Misleading players to spend $9,999 with the misguided interpretation of getting a pumpjack is unacceptable and has always been a warning in the past when done as well. In your specific situation this was the seventh warning you have received within two months. 

We’ve talked to you, and you have been warned multiple times. The server works on a three-strike policy and you know we’ve been lenient in this regard.

This ban will currently be upheld.

How do they claim that I have 7 strikes and I only have 2? You claim that it is a community server if I met some people and we formed a team on the server. If someone lives in a different base and violated the terms, what is my fault to get a strike? 

 

my first strike was after When I first complained about the lack of response from stuff and that there was a problem with the server, I did not receive a response from them. When I sent another message to reproach them for not responding to me while they are online and playing other games, they responded within minutes. From here the harassment started and they gave me a warning because I built in the river and I did not know that and I was a new player on the server. They even gave me the warning at the end of the wipe. This is funny. They made this a personal matter and in the wipe after that, they gave me another warning because they claim that I built a big base and I reduced its size at the same time and I responded to them. While there are many other people who have big bases and did not order them to reduce the size of their bases even though my base was in the desert and I do not have neighbors. I do not think I caused harm to anyone. They even claim that someone reported me. This is all the warnings I received

even you guys scammed me with the competition prize credit reward and wasting my time to attend it. it's been almost 2 months and I didn't received anything.

I’ve experienced ongoing issues with the server staff that feel personal and unfair. My first complaint on 08/04/2025 about an electrical problem was ignored, even though staff were online and actively playing games. They didn’t respond until I sent another message blaming them for not replying — and only then did they respond quickly, which made it clear they were ignoring me on purpose. That moment marked the beginning of what felt like targeted harassment. I received a warning for building in the river, even though I was new and unaware of the rule, and the warning was issued at the end of the wipe, which felt unnecessary. In the following wipe, I was warned again for supposedly having a large base, even though I was isolated in the desert and saw others with bigger bases who weren’t punished. I was told I had 7 strikes, but I only received 2 directly, and I don’t understand how I’m being penalized for teammates’ actions when they live in different bases. In the previous wipe, someone got into my base and messed with my belongings and electrical system, and nothing was done about it. I also never received the prize I won in a competition two months ago, which further shows favoritism. When I asked the server owner about the fuel store, they dismissed me with a sarcastic response, and later when I went to buy fuel, staff harassed me with musical instruments and kicked me out. Even the staff-run shops are unfair — they lower prices to manipulate the economy and access items that regular players can’t get. All of my friends have already quit the server because of these repeated problems, and it’s clear I’ve wasted my time on the wrong server.

I will try to address all of your concerns.

Your documented warnings not including the additional verbal warnings and conversations consist of blocking waterways, excessive TC use to hold unused land, excessive base size causing performance issues, pipes spanning long distances, and player misconduct. Some of these issues are repeated and not a onetime offense. 

Being a new player does not excuse players from not following the rules. Upon loading into the server, you are greeted with popup menus to navigate explaining the rules. They are also available at any time for players to review by typing /rules in the chat in game. 

When asked to reduce your base size you at the time had 800+ planters and there was significant lag and performance issues in the area. You were also given 48 hours to do so to allow time for rebuilding and real life as well. Anytime there is performance issues or lag in an area it is our job as admins to reach out to the player and request them to make alterations to their base to provide more stability on the server overall. This occurs with any player anytime this becomes an issue. 

We do not publicly announce all warnings to all players. Please be mindful although you may not see another player spoken to by an admin that does not mean an admin hasn't spoken to them. 

Any store credit would have to be handled with a ticket on this website, as that is not something the server admins handle. 

Admins are volunteers and in the middle of the afternoon US time there is a good chance a lot of them are working and it may take time for them to respond. Tuesday 12:49pm EST 8/5/2025 I specifically was at work trying to respond to you to make sure you didn't feel ignored. All of the green check marks on your messages are also from admins acknowledging your comments and the check mark referencing that it is being handled and seen. Admins are allowed to play other games; we always try to respond to any issues within 24 hours but typically things are handled much sooner. Your specific issue is not something server admins specifically can handle or control we could only report the issue, as we did.

In the regard of feeling personally attacked by admins, I have gone out of my way to personally write you to make sure you felt herd and understood that the server could be buggy as no admins are out to get you or have an issue with you at all for that matter. This was also an open opportunity for you to address any concerns with me you had about any specific admin as I told you I was the Head Admin for US Survival. Again, I will confirm with you that no admin ever touched or messed with your base we have always asked you to make changes when necessary.  The server can be buggy at times and wires and pipes can be removed when server resets this is out of our control.

Staff does not sell items that players cannot get. Anything an admin puts in a vending machine they earned just as any other player would on the server. 

Admins are volunteer players that loved the game and the community enough that they have offered their time to help other players and make sure everyone follows the rules on the server. They are still allowed to play the game as any other player would. By no means is a staff member buying from a vending machine (as stated in the chat you shared) an attack against you. Knowing Troy personally them playing music also was probably considered more of a friendly gathering gesture then an attack. If you felt the music was blasting, admins cannot control the sound level that is something you would have to change in your sound settings, regardless the server you are on. 

Above all else we want our community to be a safe place for everyone. Our last server rule is to be a decent human which is all we really require from the players in our community.

If this is meant to be an appeal request, you show no remorse for you actions and the ban will not be lifted.

I was first in the queue to buy low grade, and this staff member came and deliberately messed with me. He harassed me using the musical instrument and showed complete disrespect for others waiting their turn. The video clearly shows that he didn't even wait for the store to restock; he came only to sabotage and prevent me from making my purchase. Then he even logged in with a new account and respawned inside the shop, despite not having the code lock, trying to kick me out of the place. This behavior from a staff member is harassment, abuse of power, and completely unacceptable

I can confirm Troy does not have a second account. I am unsure what you are trying to depict in the video attached above but you were not being harassed it even showed in the chat photo you shared that Troy was telling another player that they were buying low grade fuel. It is okay for admins to buy from players as they are players on the server as well.

I was right — my previous statements about your lack of response and attention have caused a personal issue for me, and the evidence is right in front of you. Indeed, the staff members were actively looking for my mistakes, stalking me, and trying to harm me. I have never experienced this kind of treatment on any other server before, especially from staff.

Instead of serving players and making the game on the server more effective and of higher quality, some staff have started to harass people. The video above is the clearest proof of that, and you all know it.

This is not the end of the server — there are thousands of servers out there, so don’t think I want to come back. Also, the trap I set was intentional to prove that I am right. I am free to sell items in my shop at the prices I consider appropriate, and no one can stop me from doing that. There is no rule preventing this, yet I allowed this situation to show the truth.

It seems there is an attempt to defend a guilty person who committed a disrespectful act, and the video clearly shows that. I was on the first floor buying low grade fuel before he even got to the shop, yet he came and bought at the same time, which prevented me from completing my purchase. He did not wait for the store to restock, deliberately trying to stop me from buying.

He showed no respect, even though I was standing in front of him and was first in line. He also deliberately annoyed me using the musical instrument. Later, he logged in with a second account to try to kick me out of the place, even though he didn’t have the shop’s code lock and could not open the door properly.

Troy does not have multiple accounts as already stated and nobody has ever tried to harass or harm you on the server. If another player is buying from a vending machine and they step away from the vending machine nobody is going to think it is to take a video of them. It is okay for admins to buy from players shops. 

I'm only head admin for US Survival. Leadership is above me. You are always welcome to ask for them to respond if you do not like my response. I take no offense.

For now, the ban will remain in place.
