After giving the player a verbal warning and explaining the rules of the server. He came back  with his teammate to steal a heli twice in front of an admin. I was giving an official warning but him and his teammate did not care and tried to steal the heli again. Obviously the player is not here to respect the rules of the server. 
The ban was issued upon that.
